If I submit an abstract, do I have to attend the congress?
All accepted abstracts are scheduled in the scientific program either as oral or poster presentations. It is expected that the presenting author of the abstract will attend the meeting to present the work and answer questions. Only abstracts of participants who have paid their early bird registration fee by May 10, 2015 will be scheduled in the scientific program and published in the CMReJournal.
I have submitted an abstract, when will I know if it has been accepted?
Abstract acceptance/decline notifications will be sent no later than April 21, 2015.
How can I make changes to an abstract I have already submitted?
As long as the abstract submission process is open you can use the user name and access code provided to you at the original submission to enter a newer version of your abstract.
My abstract has been accepted but I do not have a copy. Are you able to send one to me?
Copies of your submitted abstracts can be sent to you by e-mail. Please contact for further details.
How do I register for the 5th ICCR Congress 2015?
Registration for the congress must be made on line. If you have any problem with the registration process, please contact the conference secretariat at or +1 418 522 8182, Ext. 36 or 1 800 618 8182 (Canada and U.S. only).
How can I pay the registration fees?
Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card, bank transfer or a check from a Canadian bank.
Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring company/hospital’s name?
Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to the sponsoring company, please send an e-mail to the secretariat at specifying the services requested and full address of the sponsoring company.
Can I register before the early bird fee deadline and pay later?
In order to benefit from the early bird registration fee, payment must be received before the deadline.
Can I register on site?
Yes, but we encourage you to register before May 10 to benefit from a better rate and help us to plan for a realistic number of participants. On site registration will be available. Regular fee will apply.
What does my registration fees include?
Fees for all meeting participants include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Entrance to the exhibition
- Welcome reception
- The printed material of the congress
- Lunches (July 9 to 11) and health breaks
Will I receive a confirmation e-mail after I have finished registering?
Yes. Once your on line registration has been successfully processed, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation followed by an official confirmation e-mail within 5 days following receipt of the payment.
How can I find out information about hotels and their rates?
Congress participants can benefit from preferential rates at selected congress hotels. More information is available on the Accommodation page.
How can I book my room and should I pay in advance?
You can book your hotel room on line at the same time you register for the congress. It will also be possible to reserve your room at a later time using the access code found in the automated e-mail you will receive after you have registered.
Will I receive a hotel confirmation?
Yes. Once your on line reservation is completed you will receive a confirmation number within 3 working days.
