Payment methods
Payment of registration fees (in Canadian dollars) can be made as follows:
By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express
By Bank Transfer: Please select the payment option “Bank Transfer” and you will receive an e-mail with all needed instructions. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Conferium according to the deadline dates. You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation when your registration is completed and an official confirmation e-mail following receipt of the payment. Outstanding payments will be collected on site and charged according to the regular fee.
Registration cancellation policy
Faxed or e-mailed:
- Cancellations received up to and including April 17, 2015 – full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
- No refund will be granted after June 27, 2015.

Visa
Some participants may require a visa to enter Canada. Please check with the Canadian embassy or consulate for the specific requirements for your country. We strongly suggest that you begin the process as soon as possible to avoid any delay. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa. The organisers will not provide any financial support.

Insurance
The 5th ICCR Congress 2015 secretariat and organisers cannot assume liability for personal accidents, loss of or damage to private property of the congress participants and accompanying persons, either during, or directly arising from the 5th ICCR Congress 2015. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Medical Insurance
Visitors are not covered by Canadian health insurance plans. Check with your personal medical plan before leaving your home country to ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
